A prayer for those who interact with social media and technology

Almighty and everlasting God, it is by your divine power you have granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence. Guard our hearts and minds this day from the evil one, clothe us with the light of the spirit that we might not walk in the flesh, and may you help us this day not to be conformed to the patterns of this world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds that we may love with Christ’s love, delight in the pleasures of friendship and creation, and engage rightly in this broken world that needs the hope of your son, Jesus Christ. All of this we ask in the powerful, mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
